A Gold and two Silvers in the World Field Archery championships, as Alan Wills headed a GB one-two in the recurve. And our paralympian archers have won 10 medals, including four golds at the Para-archery European championships in France.
In Equestrian, Emily Parker was a double champion, winning the individual title as well as GB taking the team title at the Young Rider European Championships. And there was a third place finish for Team GB in the Nations Cup series.

Sportsday
Here's a headline you won't see often - since it's about squash and not football: "England Dominate World Rankings."
Oh, and look here - more World Number One status for Britain - oh, hang on, still not football. No, this time it's Taekwondo, sorry ...
Have I mentioned that we beat the Aussies in cricket? Again.
Archery: Silver and Bronze for Nicky Hunt and Simon Terry at the World Cup in Croatia.
Athletics: Team GB second in the European Team Championships - beating Germany into third place. Well, fancy that! There were victories over their closest rivals in the European Championships for Dwain Chambers, David Greene, Martyn Rooney, Andy Turner and Mo Farah.
Rowing: Six Golds in Bled; another five Golds in Munich, plus sundry others - only missing a medal in two events!
Sailing: Sarah Ayton and Saskia Clark win World Cup Gold.
Cycling: Emma Pooley is the first British cyclist to win the prestigious Tour de l’Aude in France.
Paralympic sport: New world record for Shelly Woods! Hannah Cockroft sets four! Danny Greaves gets in on the act too, in the discus.
Triathlon: Chrissie Wellington wins, Tim Don also wins, the juniors picked up European Team Silver and the Paratriathletes won too!
Golf: Graeme McDowell wins the US Open! The US Open ... I know, who? He's from Northern Ireland.
Equestrian: Sharon Hunt wins the Classics event in Germany.
And it might not be a world victory but it means as much to handball as world glory to us in football (Ok, more than that!) Well done! Onwards and upwards!
Canoeing: Rachel Cawthorn won two gold and a bronze at the Canoe Sprint World Cup in Germany; Liam Heath and Jonathan Schofield took World Cup Gold in the Kayak double in Hungary, with Ed McKeever taking Gold in the Kayak singles at the same event; Liam and Jonathan followed with a repeat result in Germany, although a bronze this time for Ed. Fiona Pennie has taken silver and bronze in recent Slalom World Cup events. We're just so terrible at sport, aren't we ;-)

3BT: Sport, music, fun
Listening to the radio in the car and I was tapping away to this, never heard it before but found it quite infectious. So I was surprised to find it was JLS, not that I'd anything against them in X-Factor, in fact I quite liked them. I think it'll do well!
Matt spent some more of his birthday money today, on The Simpson's Board Game and the Moe's Tavern section is hilarious. At least, Matt as Bart was - he had to sing a love song about bananas, pretend to be the Road Runner and tell a joke in a Russian accent, which he didn't have a clue about, rolling up instead at my attempts. Great fun for a Sunday afternoon. Very easy to play - unlike the Simpson's Game of Life, which has only been out of the box once ...

Sportsnight
Gymnastics: Double Gold for Tweddle again, Louis Smith a Silver, and Daniel Keatings a silver and bronze at the European Artistic Champs.
Swimming: Rebecca Adlington wins prestigious Laureus World Breakthrough of the Year award.
And of course, Jenson won the Turkish GP – shall we just take it as read for this season, I’ll just let you know if he loses one? An honourable mention (for a change) for Andy Murray - the first Briton to win that other tournament, you know - the one before Wimbledon – since 1938. So now the press will go completely over the top and expect him to win Wimbledon and then crucify him if he doesn’t, we all know how it works ...

Sportsnight
Socceraid drew a massive audience of GG’s, it appears I was the only English one with any understanding of the word ‘Patriotism’ … but then I was a Shearer fan before I became a Geth fan, so in matters of footie, sorry Geth - no contest! I’ll swap you a pair of GG pyjamas for Shearer's shirt, by the way - I’ll even make sure there’s no GG left inside them, can’t say fairer than that!
The Paralympics are under way and we’ve already won 7 Golds, 5 silvers and 3 bronzes, lying 3rd in the medal table to, surprise, surprise, China and the US, both on 8 golds each. The Roll of Honour is updated!

Credit where it’s due
“I’ll take her down …”
Brilliant - 14 year old Brit Laura Robson, winning the Girls Wimbledon Title. That was her answer to “How do you fancy taking on the likes of Venus Williams?” Unfazed, enjoying every minute. Let’s hope they don’t ruin her with distractions and she doesn’t forget the ethos that brought her to this position. Smashing sense of humour too, check her interviews if you haven’t seen them - that quote above was one of the best.
“Hee hee hee hee!”
Lewis Hamilton’s excited giggle on the radio to his team, after a stirling performance at Silverstone. Expressed more than any words uttered by the ‘armchair experts!’
